Important information for competitor and audience members

• COPIES OF OWN CHOICE SELECTIONS must be handed to the Director of the Section 20 minutes prior to the session in which the competitor is competing. Copyright regulations must be adhered to. Originals can be submitted, and will be returned at the end of the section.
  
• PUNCTUALITY by competitors is essential.
• ABSOLUTE SILENCE is required from every member of the audience during every item.
• NO PERSON shall be allowed to enter or leave the hall during the progress of any item, but will be permitted to do so between items.
• COMPETITORS may obtain their award sheets and prize money at the conclusion of each session.
• THE RINGING OF THE BELL by the Adjudicator before an item is completed does not mean that the competitor lacks ability. It means that the adjudicator has heard enough of the item to form an opinion on the merits of the performer.
• TIME LIMITS will be strictly adhered to.
• NO VIDEOS OR CAMERAS, MOBILE PHONES OR PAGERS allowed during session times.
